Details & policies

– Artworks are placed within at least 2 layers of cardboard, to ensure they do not get bend during the shipping, 

– I protect packages against moisture with a double layer of sealed bubble wrap,

– items up to A3 size arrive flat, and the larger ones arrive rolled and safely packaged in a triangular box.

I take great care of each and every package ❤️

All items except custom orders can be returned within 14 days of recieveing them, for a full refund. This is the return process:

1. In the 14 days after recieving it, send me a message through the contact form or email, that you would like to return it.
2. Please send it back in the original packaging it arrives in, to ensure it stays safe during the shipping and arrives safely. Unfortunately I can’t refund the items that return damaged. The return shipping cost is on the customer.
3. After the item arrives, I will refund you the order amount. 

I am GDPR complaint. I do not share your data with anyone and only use it to process orders. You have the right to:

– Access: You have the right to access and receive a copy of the personal information I hold about you by contacting me using the contact information below.

– Change, restrict, delete. You may also have rights to change, restrict my use of, or delete your personal information. Absent exceptional circumstances (like where I am required to store data for legal reasons) I will generally delete your personal information upon request.

– Object. You can object to (i) my processing of some of your information based on my legitimate interests and (ii) receiving marketing messages from me after providing your express consent to receive them. In such cases, I will delete your personal information unless I have compelling and legitimate grounds to continue using that information or if it is needed for legal reasons.

– Complain. If you reside in the EU and wish to raise a concern about my use of your information (and without prejudice to any other rights you may have), you have the right to do so with your local data protection authority.

Some paintings are sold already framed, and I ship them extra protected. If you would like to get any other painting or print profesionally framed, let me know, and we can discuss the options and pricing based on your wishes.
